What an Assessment Covers
Connor Bennett, ISA Certified Arborist TX-366130A, evaluates the tree's health, structure, and site conditions. That includes the root zone and root flare, trunk and major unions, canopy condition and dieback patterns, signs of decay, disease, or insect activity, soil and drainage conditions, and proximity to structures.
You get an honest recommendation, which sometimes is that the tree is fine and needs nothing.

Anyone can own a chainsaw and call themselves a tree service. Not everyone has a certified arborist looking at your tree.
